An article dedicated to Boris Yukhananov has been published in Didaskalia, a Polish theatre journal. The author Katarzyna Osinskaya is a professor at the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a specialist in Russian theater of the 20th and 21st centuries.

The Dostoevsky and Theatre conference, curated by Polka, was held in May 2021 in the New Space of the Theater of Nations as part of the Golden Mask festival. Honoring the 200th anniversary of Dostoevsky's birth, we now publish a conversation between Yury Saprykin and Boris Yukhananov: the director spoke about his big Demons project, which he mounted in the German city of Cottbus. In this conversation Yukhananov tells why a new reading of Dostoevsky is necessary and inevitable today, how to separate his dialogues from his narrative, how to look at Demons through the prism of an object-oriented ontology, and why his own project required a neural network.

Moscow will host NET, the New European Theatre Festival, from November 9 to December 19. One of the program's special events will be an exhibit timed to coincide with the premiere of Boris Yukhananov's production of Catabasis. Demons in the German city of Cottbus. Visitors will see Yukhananov's graphic works, video clips from the production, and hear music composed by Dmitri Kourliandski.
