- In the past 10 years, the Stanislavsky Theatre has had seven artistic directors. You are the first who has not been opposed by a single actor, and, at the same time, you are the first who carried out truly radical reforms. How did you do it?

- It is the law of love. And theater cannot exist outside this law. This is the very same light that lurks in a soulful, spiritual and personal principle, the boundaries of which you cannot go in your dealings with theatre....
